Our team is our most valuable resource and the main reason for our success. We have brought together a highly experienced team of professionals who know firsthand the challenges providers face when implementing e-prescribing software into their workflows.

Developed by a doctor, technologist and pharmacist, eazyScripts delivers widespread provider adoption and quick implementation. 


Reed Liggin, R.Ph.


Reed is CEO of eazyScripts. Prior to this role, he served as Vice President of Hospital Strategy at athenahealth. He joined athenahealth in January 2015 when they acquired his startup company RazorInsights, where he served as President and CEO. Prior to RazorInsights, he served as Vice President of Sales for AssistMed.
Trained as a pharmacist, Reed has over 20 years of experience in the HIT industry. After leaving full-time pharmacy practice in 1997, he joined startup as Vice President of Sales, East Region. While at, he was part of a team that developed one of the industry's first ePrescribing systems.
He has served in sales roles for McKesson, Purkinje, and Allscripts in both the acute and ambulatory care markets. Additionally, he served as the Director of ePrescribing at McKesson and its RelayHealth subsidiary, and has spoken on the topic at several industry events nationwide.
Reed holds a B.A. in Biology from the University of West Georgia, a B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Georgia, and an M.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.

Todd Occomy, MD

President & Co-Founder

Todd is co-founder and President of eazyScripts. He is a medical doctor specializing in telemedicine encounters. 
Having first-hand experience working in the industry eazyScripts serves, Todd launched eazyScripts to give providers better e-prescribing solutions that enhance patient compliance and medication adherence by providing point-of-care price transparency — ensuring patients get the right medications for the best price.
Prior to starting eazyScripts, Todd served as Director of Clinical Operations at Doctor on Demand, a leading on-demand video medicine provider. Todd holds a B.A. from Northwestern University and an M.D. from Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois.

Gule Sheikh

CTO & Co-Founder

Gule is co-founder and CTO of eazyScripts. She is a technologist who brings 20 years experience in the IT industry servicing clients in health care, financial services and the public sector.
Prior to starting eazyScripts, Gule held multiple roles managing cross program integrations, implementations, development and operations at Hewlett-Packard and Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Illinois.
Gule holds a Computer Programming and Analysis degree from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology in North York, Ontario.
